Preparation: Place the flour, eggs, water, salt and pepper to taste and the Parmigiano in a bowl. Whisk
all the ingredients until they are creamy. Place the batter in the
refrigerator for one hour. Meanwhile, heat the oil until hot enough for frying (350 – 375). Drop the cauliflower batter one tablespoon at a time into the hot oil. Cook the fritters until golden. Drain on a paper towel. Serve warm. |
